Whether you are a complete beginner or already have an established mindfulness mediation practice, I offer a range of 1-2-1 mindfulness coaching services to give you the support you need.

One-to-one mindfulness sessions are the perfect way to harness the evidence-based benefits of mindfulness and meditation in a way that's personally relevant to you. 

You will receive expert tailored guidance for learning and developing a practice that supports you in living with less stress and greater happiness.

Sessions can be held either online (Zoom) or in-person at Surrey Holistic Centre, Godalming, Surrey, UK (near Guildford, Woking, Cranleigh, Farnham, Farnborough, Aldershot, Camberly, Liphook, Shalford, Bramley, Haslemere, Dunsfold, Chiddingfold.).

You will be given personalised meditation audio tracks to practice with between sessions and beyond. You will also be provided with additional materials, such as worksheets and learning resources, as required.

Mindfulness is a highly effective, life-enhancing practice... but it is not a quick fix. It takes both time and a willingness to commit to the exercises for the benefits to take root and flourish.

In order to gain the most from your practice, 8 weekly sessions is recommended. However, 6-week (minimum) and 12-week options are available, as well as ongoing.

Want to test the water first?

If you are cautious about committing to several weeks, I am happy to offer you a single 60min session (£95 in-person | £85 online). Should you then wish to continue with a multi-session booking this will be deducted from the overall fee.

For those with experience of mindfulness and meditation and want to take the practice further.

Maybe you have completed an introductory programme such as Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) or Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and are keen to advance your understanding and technique. 

You will learn how to incorporate secular buddhist principles and practices for expanding your awareness and cultivating deeper equanimity.

With tailored guidance and support, you'll discover how to transpose your mindfulness practice more fully into the way you experience and engage with your life.
