Who Is This Programme For?
Mindfulness-Based Resilience & Flourishing is for YOU if any of these apply:
1️⃣ Stress, pain or struggle prevents you from enjoying life more
2️⃣ You can be easily distracted and find it hard to stay focussed
3️⃣ You wish you could treat yourself more kindly and be less self-critical
4️⃣ You're prone to overreacting and feel emotions can ‘get the better of you’
5️⃣ It’s hard to 'switch off', even when the busyness has stopped
6️⃣ You rarely feel satisfied, even after getting the things you want
7️⃣ You want to be more present for family and friends, but it's hard
8️⃣ You long to feel happier and more in control of your 'inner-world'
9️⃣ You’re open to learning new ways of relating positively to your life
🔟 You’re looking for a truly sustainable approach to authentic wellbeing
IMAGINE if you could face life’s difficulties with ease, WHILE developing genuine inner-happiness.
In what ways would your life improve if you could respond elegantly to WHATEVER comes your way?
What would it mean to you to live from a place of greater balance, inner-wellbeing and contentment?
First of all, let’s acknowledge that life can be hard. Really hard sometimes.
Mindfulness-Based Resilience & Flourishing (MBRF) provides a beautiful alternative to ‘struggling through the stress’ or ‘wondering how to be happy’.
This isn't a typical mindfulness programme!
It’s a unique, practical pathway for learning how to engage with ALL of life skilfully, with wisdom and greater peace of mind.
Whether you’re suffering with stress, anxiety, pain (physical or emotional), or simply looking for a way to feel more joyfully connected to (and with) your life, MBRF might be the perfect gift you could give to yourself.
Why is MBRF different to other mindfulness programmes?
Mindfulness-Based Resilience & Flourishing provides a more comprehensive and far-reaching approach to mindfulness than can be found in other programmes available today.
Courses such as Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) have helped many thousands of people to alleviate / manage symptoms of stress, anxiety, depression, and pain, while promoting well-being. These brilliant 8-week, evidence-based courses teach participants techniques and principles that are proven to be extremely effective.
However, mindfulness carries a far greater potential for healthy and happy living than is covered on these trainings.
The MBRF approach is to teach you in a way that helps you understand and internalise mindfulness more deeply, and for the positive implications to have a more profound and far-reaching effect in your life.
To do this, MBRF equips you with:
The Best of Modern Mindfulness
MBRF contains all the core components of both Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy. This means you receive the same level of evidence-based guidance that has been internationally recognised as the gold standard for over 40 years.
You’ll learn the practices, techniques and skills that help to strengthen your resilience, transform your relationship with stress, and cultivate your inner-wellbeing.
+ Secular Buddhist Wisdom
Although mindfulness has become popular and widely taught in the West in recent years, it is not a new discovery. It is rooted in ancient Buddhist tradition, where it’s considered essential for the cultivation of inner-peace and freedom.
Reconnecting to its origins, MBRF teaches you there are many more positive consequences and benefits of mindfulness that go beyond ‘stress reduction’. By learning the key practical elements of Buddhist philosophy, you’ll practice seeing and engaging with life in a new and wonderfully rich way.
+ Positive Psychology
Modern neuroscience and psychological research continues to uncover surprising truths about what makes human beings authentically happy. These findings form the basis of proven, actionable strategies for increasing wellbeing, life satisfaction and general flourishing.
These evidence-backed practices perfectly complement mindfulness and Buddhist philosophy. Therefore, MBRF incorporates the ‘science of happiness’, alongside traditional mindful methods that have supported human growth for millennia.
