Hello, I'm Paul.

I am a mindfulness meditation teacher and leadership development coach, and I take great care to help my clients live with less stress and achieve greater peace of mind, resourcefulness and genuine inner-happiness.

I gained my professional qualification through the UK College of Mindfulness Meditation (Central England College), and I am trained to teach Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MindfulnessUK). I adhere to a strict code of ethical conduct, receive regular supervision, and undertake continuous professional development trainings.

I teach mindfulness in an accessible, compassionate and down-to-earth way, for individuals and groups, either online or in-person in Godalming, Surrey, UK*. 

I have an 18+ year background as a personal and leadership development trainer. Having facilitated hundreds of workshops and events around the world, I have found the practice of mindfulness to be the most reliable, impactful and sustainable approach for mental and emotional resiliency.

I originally came to mindfulness to help me deal with significant anxiety, stress and depression, and found it gave me immense relief. Years later, as a much calmer and happier person, I continue to derive a huge amount of joy and benefit from my own personal practice.

While I teach mindfulness in a secular way, my personal practice and study is very much influenced by Buddhist philosophy. My current mentor spent 12 years as a Buddhist nun at Plum Village, learning from the renowned Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh.

I am deeply committed to helping each of my clients and workshop attendees (both private and corporate) experience the life-enhancing benefits of mindfulness in a way that is relevant and meaningful to them.

With a compassionate, insightful and down-to-earth teaching style, I ensure everyone I work with develops the wellbeing skills and inner resources that can serve them for the rest of their lives.

*In-person mindfulness and meditation training takes place in Godalming, near Guildford, Woking, Cranleigh, Farnham, Farnborough, Aldershot, Camberly, Liphook, Shalford, Bramley, Haslemere, Dunsfold, Chiddingfold.
