I am thrilled you want to join us for this MBSR.

Once your payment has been processed, please keep an eye out for an email from me containing a pre-course assessment form for you to complete and return. You should receive this within 48 hours. This is to make sure MBSR is definitely the right course for you at this time.

In the rare event it is considered to be in your best interest to not take the course at this time, a full refund will be given.

Cancellations & Refunds:

• If cancelled more than 14 days before the start date you will receive a refund of any course fees paid.
• If cancelled within 14 days of the start date we cannot refund any of the fees paid.
• If cancelling within 14 days of the starts date, you can transfer your booking (and all fees paid) to a future MBSR taking place within 12 months of the course start date.
• Any refunds are subject to a 3 per cent administration charge which is made by our payment system provider Stripe.
